In the center of Courmayeur next to the central street via Roma, for over 30 years, we offer to our guests a local and national Italian kitchen, prepared with products carefully selected with an exquisitely familiar welcome.
Our kitchen is made of typically regional specialities but also mediterranean revisited. We select carefully the seasonal products and we give privilege to the local and italian companies.
The rice from Tella Margherita, the anchovies from Sciacca Benedetta Scalia, the ham grilled from St. Oyen from the ham factory Gran San Bernardo 2473 and the pasta from Pastificio Masciarelli are some of the products that you will find in our plates.
Our cellar offers labels from the Aosta Valley and italian also. We select carefully the companies with whom we collaborate with a particular attention to the local ones.
Ottin, Anselmet and the cellar from Arvier are some of the Aosta Valley wines that you can taste with our plates.
For the beer lovers, we propose craft beer called Birrificio Courmayeur Monte Bianco of which Luca Caglianone is one of the founders.
